Storage Policies
General
- No smoking is allowed inside the buildings or units.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted at the storage facility.
- Firearms are not permitted within the confines of the storage facility.
Restricted Items
The storage facility does not allow the following items to be stored:
- Any items posing a hazard
- Food
- Any form of hazardous waste
- No living organisms
- Used Tires
- Firearms
- Stolen items
- Explosives
- Any flammable substances (such as gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
- Illegal drugs or drug-related paraphernalia
- Items emitting any type of odor
- Any items that negatively impact other tenants or the facility
- Any items deemed inappropriate by manager or staff of the facility
Restricted Uses
Our storage facility is intended solely for storage purposes. The following uses are prohibited:
- Any unlawful use whatsoever
- Engaging in the playing of musical instruments
- Engaging in activities such as vehicle maintenance, motorcycle repair, hobbies, crafting, etc., within the unit is not permitted.
- Any use that the facility manager or staff deem inappropriate
Farmington Mini Storage does not rent, sell, or disclose your personal information to other individuals or non-affiliated companies, except to fulfill products and services you have requested, with your permission, or as required under specific circumstances:
We comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or take actions to assert our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We may share information when necessary to investigate, prevent, or address illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threats to physical safety, violations of Farmington Mini Storage terms of use, or as mandated by law.
