Customers must provide their own lock, we do not sell locks, and we recommend a lock that is suitable for outdoor service. Customers are the only ones who have a key or know the combination.
All of our units are ground level and drive-up accessible.
Your contract is on a month-to-month basis. Minimum stay is one month. We offer longer terms and will discount the amount depending on availability.
Our facility is unique as we offer office suites. There is significant customer activity at our site. Many customers operate their businesses from these suites in addition to renting storage space. All outside areas are brightly lit with upgraded LED lighting. Our facility is surrounded by a chain link fence, and access is controlled by a single gate for point of entry. The entry gate is monitored 24/7 by security cameras as well.
All tenants have access to their storage unit 24/7.
Farmington Mini Storage does not insure tenants contents. Most tenants have insurance that will cover their belongings while in storage. We suggest contacting your homeowners insurance agent for their input.
Depending on availability we do offer specials for active military, fire, police, veterans, religious and civic organizations. Please contact us for details and availability.
Yes, Farmington Mini Storage offers seasonal indoor parking for cars and motorcyles.
Our leases are month to month, unless otherwise specified. Payment is due on the first of the month. We accept Checks, Debit & Credit Cards at this time.
Roll-up doors are the most common doors in the storage business. All of our units except the smallest are accessed this way. They are accessed by sliding a latch to the left and lifting the door upwards, similar to a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Customers are required to bring their own lock, available for purchase at our facility, and they are the sole keyholders.

Customers are encouraged to secure their units with personal locks, which are conveniently available for purchase onsite, ensuring privacy and peace of mind. Additionally, our premises are under constant surveillance with 24/7 security cameras.

All tenants have access to their storage unit 24/7.

The majority of tenants have insurance that covers their belongings during storage. If you do not, Farmington Mini Storage can provide information regarding external insurance options.

Typically, moving companies require your presence on-site, but it’s best to confirm with them beforehand. For storage arrangements with Farmington Mini Storage, please contact us at least 30 days before your delivery date to coordinate.

All units are conveniently located at ground level and accessible by drive-up.
Assistance is available during business hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends.
